who’s been sick all week and just can’t shake it? this girl.

who’s been dressing her kids out of the same basket of clean laundry for 3 days now? this girl did {woot!}

who got her blurb books in the mail and did a happy dance yesterday? this girl.

who decided *stuff* is overated and has started a major house purge? this girl {goodwill? you’re welcome.}

who’s coordinating a very fly-by-the-seat-of-her-pants, last minute birthday party for turbo this weekend? yep, this girl.

who just realized valentine’s day is next week? uh-huh, this girl.

which means, someone needs to make creative valentine’s for turbo to take to school {helllooo, pinterest!} and it’s most likely, this girl.

who decided last night, over a beer with lover, that her new goal’s are to *be more awesome* and *more exciting*? this. girl. did.

who’s ready to rock the daily dose? ooh-ooh! this girl! this girl!

well then, daily dose it up!

we had a very spontaneous, very awesome day on wednesday, when i decided to change it up, pick turbo up from school at noon and drive the 20 minutes to the nearest in-and-out burger. if it’s possible for a burger joint to be glorious, it was just that : glorious. we sat, we ate, we got compliments from complete strangers {thank you kind strangers, i needed your pick-me-ups!}, we did stickers, we got silly, we enjoyed each other’s company. it was awesome. the boys were SO good. sweet pea was SO happy. i couldn’t have asked for a better spontaneous outing. love, love, love when that happens!

{if you’ve never had in-and-out burger, i can truly say you are missing out! so the next time you are in the southwest…although they do have them all the way up into utah now…make sure you schedule them into your trip. you’ll thank me, i promise!}

i was going to save my blurb books for their very own post, but i’m too excited about them to stand it! lucky you! they turned out awesome, are bigger than ever and just as fun!

keepin’ the dose short and sweet this week to focus on being well and ready for turbo’s party tomorrow. a party that will include water balloons, outdoor movie, friends, food and lots of pictures i’m sure! i’ll leave you with these to cuties…
