my life as i live it . a daily dose

usually i tend to think of myself as a fairly positive person. i like to think that i might, just MAYBE, give off a little bit of an optimistic vibe {perhaps a sometimes, somewhat annoying vibe to some, but an optimistic one at that!} at any rate, i’m going to kick off this daily dose giving you a few details about my life this week and let you fill in the blanks on my mood { _____________ } since we arrived back in hell arizona.

  • point A . we left montana
  • point B . we arrived in arizona to a broken a/c unit & a 90 degree house
  • point C . my coffee pot broke the first morning back
  • point D . i’m 8 months pregnant & it’s 111 degrees outside at this very moment…can you say swelling?  nice work.

feel free to make any conclusions you like…

…daily dose!

soaking up bozeman’s beautiful downtown before jet-setting on sunday…

which of course included hitting up the old-fashioned candy shop, the chocolate moose {insert personal opinion : shouldn’t every town big or small be required to have an old-fashioned candy store and soda fountain?  i think, yes.}

the silver lining of our return trip was FINALLY getting to meet my handsome little nephew, porter.  i just love these images of turbojet and sunshine with him and am crossing my fingers for the same adoring love and affection with our own little bundle when he/she arrives in a couple of weeks…

{ps . is sunshine’s face just AWESOME in the bottom right hand image?  makes me smile…}

my apologies for a short and sweet daily dose this evening.  my mind has been a somewhat muddled mess attempting to regroup back in our own digs, re-establishing a somewhat normal routine {for summer time anyway}, and playing catch-up on all my client galleries.

but i did want to leave you with this enlightening, and very random, out-of-the-blue conversation i had with turbojet the other day…

turbojet : “how do seahorses talk to other seahorses?”

me : “gosh, buddy i’m not really sure.  i’ve never thought about that before…”

turbojet : “oh, i know!…in English!”

ha!

just something to ponder this weekend…have a great one!
