pumpkin gingerbread

it’s fall…holla! one of my favorite seasons and one that always seems to spin me into instant wanna-be-a baker mode.

when it’s fall in the southwest, i do everything i can to make it feel like it’s FALL. real fall. not 90 degree, sunny, blue sky weather fall, but crisp, cool, cloudy, colorful leaves fall. we bust out apple cider candles, dig out fall decor, and buy-out the market’s canned pumpkin supply and start us a bakin’.

this pumpkin gingerbread is, by FAR, the house favorite. in fact, i’ve already made it 3 times in the last month {yikes! yes, it’s that good!} so here you go, pumpkin gingerbread! why not start your fall off right?
