sebastian * montana child photography *

photography has been such a blessing in my life for a number of reasons, but today, i’m going to point out the amazing fact that i am a mobile business and because of that mobility, i am able to pick up {family in tow}, head for the mountains of montana and set up shop. incredible? yes. awesome? yes. do i love my job? yes.

another incredible thing about photography is that it has lead me to reconnect with people i have not seen in YEARS, literally, LOTS of years. and so this session was extra special in many ways : i got to celebrate the mobility of my business, reconnect with an old friend, and all while doing what i love! can i get a “heck, yeah?!” :0)

sebastian is an adorable, adorable little boy with a big name and a big personality. he could easily flit from cutie-pie . . .

. . . to dashingly serious, and seriously handsome in the blink of an eye.

but my favorite thing about sebastian? by far, his sound effects! i would ask him to smile and he would make the CU-TEST high pitched noise . . . this paired with his handsome grin was almost too much to take! he is one of my first clients where i truly wished i offered video along with the session, a sort of behind-the-scenes look at what’s going on, because even amazing images cannot evoke the sound effects this little man graced us with! i’ll be hashing that out in my head for future sessions, but in the mean time, more of handsome little sebastian . . .
