Category Archives: newborn photography technically, i didn’t do a true ‘newborn’ session with sweet pea. just a bunch of snapping here and there when she was looking extra adorable, all in the hopes of documenting her tininess. sometimes i envy the photographers who have the time/take the time to set up ‘real’ photo sessions with their own kids, but…  the daily dose and blogging in general is getting harder to sneak in…i’m going to try to keep up as best i can, but with babe in the house and 2 wild boys, time is a hot commodity not to be squandered! this week was busy and wild and wonderful. i’ve been arm wrestling with…  introducing my dear, sweet nephew porter, everyone! i love him to the moon and wish we lived closer so he would know that firsthand! here are his {very delayed} newborn pictures {he’s now already 2+ months old! …crazy!} look at that little grin…that says trouble right there, mama and daddy smith! love his little belly…  everything about this session was gorgeous…the baby, the family, the location. i think the images say it all, so i’m going to leave it at that…enjoy! and thank you, butcher family, for allowing me to capture tre in all his cuteness!  i guess you could say this is a ‘birth story’ post of sorts, which means lots of words and even more pictures. so consider yourself forewarned before you sink your teeth in! and while this birth story may not differ much from any other birth story you’ve ever read, there is one tiny difference. it… |
