i’ve decided on a *blog name* for the newest little member of our circus.
punkin.
it’s what i find myself calling her when she cries, when she smiles, and just in general, so punkin it is. i think it’s the redneck version of pumpkin…yes? either way, it’s cute and fitting.

we’re busy in the next few days prepping for our summer excursion to montana (can i get a woot-woot?!) we’re super pumped, as the high today in good ole AZ is 110. yowzers. can’t say i’ll be missing that at all while we’re away.
prayers are welcome, as a 2000-ish mile road trip with a newborn, 3 additional members of the circus, and the circus cat (romeo) should make for a somewhat interesting and sure-to-be-eventful trip. er, something. ha!
