if you follow me on instagram, you saw that we sent lover off to san fran on friday to run the urbanathalon today! have you heard of it? it’s a pretty intense 11.3 miles filled with crazy obstacles. if you’re interested, you can see the course by clicking here.

he starts the race in 45 minutes. thanks to our friend technology and a GPS tracker each runner has attached to their shoe, i’ll be getting updates texted directly to me on his progress {isn’t that awesome?!} i’ll post a few updates in the comment section below if anyone’s interested in following {i know some family member who are!}
