i thought you might like to see what a ruffian angel looks like.
this little hot-mess of an angel dances to the beat of her own drum, has no fear, talks incessantly, dresses herself, spills on herself, gives the best hugs, is a cheese ball, has 2 pretty rad brothers, rides livestock for a living, refuses the halo, wears green crocs passed down from her brothers, is stubborn, and loving, and crazy, and…i love her like crazy.

and isn’t it fun to see how this ties us all into the Christmas story? Christ came down from heaven for us…we, who are all hot-messes, who all need loved like crazy. He came down from heaven, so that even in our rumpled, messy lives, we can receive perfection through Him. woot!
