after all, it’s the messy, crazy life you’ve been blessed with. and even if it is sometimes a mess, it’s your life. your story.

i’m not entirely sure how i stumbled across stephanie’s work, but i’m so thankful i did! she has an incredible eye for design and the sweetest heart. stephanie and her family are in the process of raising funds so that they can complete their adoption and bring their baby home from china! any and all sales from her shop go towards bringing their baby home. she has some amazing work, so i’m praying if you don’t win that you’ll peek around her shop anyway. she has some fun designs, including this one which i just couldn’t resist! it’s perfect for us 🙂

Messy times put it in perspective that the only one who knows the plan is “the big guy upstairs.” Life is about making the most of everything….even if it means craziness, messes, dirt, and a little stress during cleanup. Two children. One is 3 and the other is 2 months. My husband and I are in the middle of Starting new careers.. Both of us! So we moved in with my grandparents because as of October 1st we have no steady income.
My business is event planning so my house if completely covered with party supplies, unfolded laundry, and dirty dishes.
In this messy life, I’m thankful for a god who gave me ALL I have. It may seem like not much if I were to write a list on paper, but it’s what I need. I’m thankful for my husband. He loves me regardless how much spit up I’m wearing each day. My two kiddos. They make my heart complete with each smile. And I am thankful for the opportunity to start a business in the middle of all the mess (although it is the mess, literally lol)
