there is sorrow and sadness and heaviness in my family right now. it’s not my place to delve into it here, but my heart is heavy at the struggles of someone so near. whenever this feeling of sorrow, of worry, of heavy heartedness hits close to home, i can’t help but wonder, KNOW, that someone else in this wide, wide world needs to hear words of comfort, to feel words of comfort, to be comforted too.
i’m sending this prayer out to you today, to anyone who needs it, as i know my loved one’s so desperately do.
because sometimes, my words, our words, are not enough to comfort when life gets hard…
